SECTION 1 –HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT?

We collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and/or other account details.

This information will enable us to:

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 4 - STOCK2SHOP (PTY) LTD

Our store is hosted by Stock2Shop (PTY) Ltd. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored on their secure servers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

All payment related security is handled by PayFast. PayFast is PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider compliant and is a registered payment provider with PASA (Payments Association of South Africa).

WHAT IS PAYFAST? PayFast is a third party payment service provider ("payment processor") for South Africa and is Falke's payments partner of choice for processing online payments. Using the services of PayFast we are able to offer you a wide range of payment options including [INSERT CHOSEN OPTIONS]. PayFast is a leader in online payments in South Africa and we have carefully chosen them as a trusted partner for handling your financial transactions safely and securely.

WHAT IS 3D Secure? 3D Secure is an extra layer of security when using your credit card for online transactions. During the payment process for credit and cheque cards you will be redirected to your bank's 3D Secure page where you will need to enter your 3D Secure password or one time PIN to authenticate the transaction. If your card is not registered then you will need to contact your bank to enable online processing for your card.

SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
